Following the Axan Wood path, the party fought wights near a small ziggurat, then reached Iron Taviah's cottage where attendants and a living fireplace warned them out before combat began.

The party advanced through Axan Wood, survived a wight fight and an overnight stop in a ziggurat, then approached a cottage identified as Iron Taviah’s and entered before a hostile escalation.
