Stella,

How do I even start? How are you alive? How did you get to Geb of all places?

Concerning your death: we were all captured that day, when a rescue party, including your aide Amelia, arrived to save us, all of our original group were dead with the exception of Pablo, and myself. My memory of waking up there is fuzzy from whatever Vordakai was doing to us, but your death at the time was confirmed. Afterwards, I took temporary stewardship of The Stolen Skunkwaters, but I was a pale comparison to your lead. Pablo died soon afterwards and I gave up the leadership role to Deimos Allencast III whom used to work in Stags End and proved quite adept at the role.

I would come to help you if I could, but things are not well in the Skunkwaters. Deimos has succumbed to a curse altering his body and mind into that of the tyrant Armag and he is bastardizing everything that we fought and sacrificed for. I’ve come to be the reluctant leader again, this time for a resistance to the kingdom I once helped build.

Though I cannot make that journey myself, there is some help I can send. Jhod has spent time pouring through old notes and investigating accounts of renewed activity around Vodakai’s lair, I’ve attached copies of his records and findings to this note. I’m no magical scholar and can’t make sense of them, but you may find them helpful in determining how you were revived, or even a way to reverse it.

For the time being I am keeping the news of your possible return to a trusted few, thus if I can send anyone to help in the future it will only be a few that I trust. Until then, I hold a bottle of Skunkwater Rye in reserve for your arrival. Know that in whatever condition you arrive, you could be the spark to overthrow Armags rule, I have no doubt there are many others who would rally to your claim.

Eagerly awaiting the stories we will share, your friend and countryman -Bebrudd Brightroar

P.S I did finally kill a fey, it was a big frog.
